Welcome to Ummah Coaching, an Islamic life coaching service dedicated to empowering individuals through spiritually-aligned, goal-oriented guidance. By booking and participating in our coaching services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
- “Coach” refers to the certified Islamic life coach employed by or affiliated with Ummah Coaching.
- “Client” refers to the individual receiving coaching services.
- “Services” refers to all coaching sessions, programs, and related materials provided by Ummah Coaching
2. Nature of the Services
- Ummah Coaching provides personal development coaching that aligns with Islamic values.
- Coaching is not therapy, mental health counseling, or any medical treatment.
- The Coach does not offer fatwas, religious rulings, or legal Islamic jurisprudence. Clients are advised to consult a qualified scholar or imam for such matters.
3. Eligibility
Clients must:
- Be 18 years or older (or provide parental consent if under 18).
- Be mentally sound and not in crisis or emergency situations.
- Understand that coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.
4. Confidentiality
All client information is strictly confidential unless:
- Required by law (e.g., harm to self or others, court order).
- Express permission is given by the Client.
- Sessions may not be recorded or shared by either party without written consent.
5. Booking and Payment
- Sessions must be booked in advance via the official website or booking platform.
- Payment must be made in full before the session.
- Prices are listed in UK Pound Sterling (£) and are subject to change.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- In rare cases, should the Coach cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies, with less than 24 hours notice, the client shall be entitled to one complimentary session of equivalent type to the session cancelled.
7. Code of Conduct
Clients agree to:
- Engage respectfully and professionally.
- Avoid any inappropriate or abusive behavior.
- Understand that the coaching relationship is professional and bound by Islamic ethics.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Ummah Coaching and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.
- The Client accepts full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken as a result of coaching.
9. Disclaimer
- Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed.
- The services provided are for educational and personal development purposes only.
- All advice is offered in good faith, in accordance with Islamic values and professional coaching ethics.
10. Intellectual Property
- All materials (documents, recordings, worksheets) provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Ummah Coaching.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without express written consent.
11. Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of consumer protection within the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Amendments
- Ummah Coaching reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
